Cornerstone is a youth friendly service providing person-centred supportive approaches to mental health care. Our aim is to support young people to achieve their mental health and wellbeing goals.
All young Tasmanians are supported to live great lives.
We work alongside young people to build their capacity, choice and opportunity.
Cornerstone Youth Services delivers a range of services to young people in the North and North West of Tasmania. Our services are free and confidential for young people aged 12-25. We offer appointments in our Launceston, Devonport and Burnie offices and provide a face to face service in Deloraine and George Town.
For anyone having difficulty accessing these locations we offer Telehealth appointments.
Our Youth Reference Group (YRG) is a team of young people who are passionate about mental health and help shape the way headspace operates. We welcome young people from all backgrounds and strongly encourage expressions of interest from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, multicultural youth, LGBTIQA+ community members, and young people with disabilities. Find out how you can get involved.
Cornerstone Youth Services acknowledges and pays respect to the Tasmanian Aboriginal Community as the traditional and original owners, and continuing custodians of this land on which we gather today and acknowledge Elders – past and present.
