Our aim is to support young people to achieve their mental health and wellbeing goals, through person-centred supportive approaches to mental health care. 

Our Focus

 

Counselling & Mental Health Support 

We can provide information and support to young people aged 12-25 to help with your Mental Health.

Alcohol & Other Drug Services 

We provide support, information, counselling and treatment to help you with alcohol, tobacco and other drug issue.

Physical and Sexual Health

We have youth friendly doctors and/or nurses who can assist with physical health, contraception, and sexual health.

Youth Engagement Team (YET)

YET provides higher-intensity therapeutic support for young people experiencing complex mental health challenges that significantly affect their daily functioning. We offer a combination of psychological therapy and case management, with support available for up to 12 months.

Cornerstone Youth Counselling (CYC)

We offer face-to-face and online therapeutic counselling for young people experiencing a range of mental health concerns that may be affecting their health and wellbeing.
Support is free, confidential, and available for up to 12 sessions.

West Tamar Youth Outreach Service (WTYO)

WTYO provides support for young people experiencing a range of issues impacting their health and wellbeing. We offer a combination of psychological therapy and case management, with support available for up to 12 months. This service is available to young people living in the West Tamar region, north of Legana, including Exeter, Beaconsfield, and surrounding areas.

young Aboriginal support  program (yAsp)

yAsp provides case management support and group programs for young people who self-identify as Aboriginal. We work alongside young people to help them achieve their self-identified goals over a period of up to 12 months. Our Project Managers facilitate a range of group activities that support connection to community. These include cultural arts-based programs, health and wellbeing sessions, and school holiday activities.
