How do I make an appointment?
Opening hours can be found for Launceston, Devonport and Burnie here.
You’ll need a referral for some of our programs, while others allow you to self-refer by calling or dropping into one of our offices. You can find referral information for each program here.
If you're connected with a GP, another service provider, or school support, they can also refer you (with your consent) using our online referral system forms.
No, all Cornerstone programs and services are completely free of charge.
It is your responsibility to get to our office based appointments.
However, our Outreach Programs can come to your home or meet you at a designated safe space in the community.
If you have regular office based appointments and are unable to attend due to financial difficulties, please let us know so we can discuss support options.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t make your appointment.
This allows us to offer the time to someone else who may need support.
Everyone who accesses a worker through headspace, including the GP’s and nurses, needs to fill in a survey on the iPad. This information is used to document progress and is also used by Cornerstone to improve the services we provide.
A C-Card allows you to access free condoms, dental dams and lubricant. All you need to do is come in and ask. The first time you ask for one you will need to have a quick chat to the nurse who will then give you a C-Card along with four condoms and lubricant.
Each time you need more you’ll get a hole punched in your card. Once you get to eight holes you’ll need to have another chat to the nurse.
C-Cards are only available in Launceston. Reception staff in Devonport and Burnie can give you information on where you can access free condoms.
